2nd and 3rd day of NGAL® 2018
NGAL ® (Network Globally, Act Locally) 2nd and 3rd day were full on workshops and teams worked really hard on their business ideas!
On Tuesday we had amazing Triin Kask from Nevercode telling us honestly how things are and asked to be very open about our fears. She shared stories from her past when things got a bit ugly and how she managed to get out of those situations. Even more – how she managed to move forward and start a new successful business – Nevercode! You need to be honest with your team and talk about fears. And remember – magic happens when you trust life!
Then all NGAL® teams got to sit down with different mentors – Triin Kask, Vaido Mihkeim, Alo Peets and Denis Kovalenko. Later historian Kalle Tenno told us about Estonian history.
On Wednesday we had 3 great talks about product development and prototyping from Jüri Tarkpea, Riina Niine, and Sven Parkel.
After the lunch, everyone got on the train and took a fun trip to Tallinn. The day ended with sauna at Mectory!
